Character Bio

Living away from home isn't easy on Mark or his family, but he is no less a part of their lives. He took time off when Payson was injured, and now that Payson's back on the team, Mark is back by her side cheering her on. Mark would do anything for his family, and if he has to work hundreds of miles away in order to support them, that's what he'll do. But he dreams of coming home, and as Payson proves, dreams have a way of coming true.

Actor Bio

A familiar face to TV fans, veteran actor Brett Cullen has more than 100 television and film credits to his name. Some recent highlights of his long career include recurring roles on such critically acclaimed shows as "Damages," "Lost," "Ugly Betty," "The West Wing," and "Friday Night Lights."

Brett has mastered every genre from sci fi ("Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" and the original "V") and westerns ("The Young Riders" and "The Chisholms") to mystery ("Diagnosis Murder"), horror ("Tales from the Crypt"), and comedy ("Something to Talk About"). And fans can look forward to seeing him in the upcoming films "The Space Between," "The Runaways," "Crooked Lane," "Killing Dinner," and "Skateland." (Films not yet rated.)

As well known as he is to audiences everywhere, a little known fact about Brett is that he owns a production company with rock legend Meat Loaf, named The Yellow Rose, Inc. That should give him serious cred among music fans too.
