Character Bio

Keegan Allen portrays Toby Cavanaugh, a tortured young man with a checkered past who befriended Emily after saving her from her ex-boyfriend's advances. After Spencer becomes a person of interest in Alison’s murder she seeks out the other suspect, Toby for answers to why she’s A’s latest victim. The two surprised even themselves when they became attracted to each other and quickly became one of Rosewood’s cutest couples.

Actor Bio

Keegan Allen is a relative newcomer to Hollywood, appearing on an episode of Big Time Rush in 2010, and an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation earlier this year. He also appeared on the 2011 New Now Next Awards with fellow Pretty Little Liars cast member Torrey DeVitto to accept the "TV You Betta Watch" award.

In his spare time, Allen enjoys skateboarding and spending time at the beach.
