Stolen Kisses

We’ve discussed our love for maxi skirts all season and during the summer this trend has been mostly focused on super long flowy cuts, accordion styles, and sheer maxi’s paired with a mini skirt underneath. We love every single one of those styles; however as we shimmy our way into fall the new maxi skirt trend is the A-line cut that is ankle length. Hanna wore this trend beautifully this episode by pairing her skirt with opaque tights underneath and finishing off her look with boots! The A line cut is flattering on every body type because it slightly hugs you in your hips and slowly tents outward as you move down the skirt, mimicking the shape of the letter “A”- isn’t that a coincidence?! The ankle length is extremely convenient because you can wear the look with a pair of oxfords or sky- high heels and it will look great either way and you won’t have to worry about sweeping the floor with a skirt that is too long to wear with flats! Luckily this trend is an easy one to remember since “A” is already the focus of everything in our leading ladies’ lives!
