Question: What is it like being a huge part of the deaf community in so little time?
Constance Marie: Amazing! I love that they have embraced my work and my character and Switched at Birth with open arms, and one of the things I have learned about deaf people is they don't mince words. That makes me very happy.
Question: If you were not an actress, what would you be doing?
Constance Marie: I would be a teacher, but I would want to be a rich teacher, not a poor teacher. Teaching is the most undervalued profession!
Question: What has been the most rewarding experience from working on Switched at Birth?
Constance Marie: Learning ASL and being part of a groundbreaking show for the deaf community. And pretty much everything else! I am so proud of this show!
Question: This has been the best day ever! Thanks so much for answering one of my questions. Still in shock. Any previews you can give us about tonight’s episode? SO EXCITED!!
Constance Marie: There will be drama, but I haven't seen it yet. So stay tuned because I will be tweeting live my internal reaction to the show @goconstance -- See you there!
Thank you so much for these awesome questions! Makes a girl think.
